On our menu today is Cauliflower Fried Rice as prepared by Uddy’s Healthy Kitchen.
Cauliflower is used as substitute for rice. It can be cooked in variety of ways. It doesn’t taste like rice but a great option if you are avoiding rice and heavy carbs.
How to make Cauliflower Fried Rice:
1. Chop all the veggies you need. It doesn’t have to be much as in picture. Green pepper, carrot, cabbage, cayenne pepper, green beans. You can add sweet corn and shredded meat of choice. Grate the cauliflower or use a food processor.
2. Stir fry all items apart from cauliflower. You either use oil of choice or a stick – free pan. Add seasonings of choice and keep stirring till a bit tender and tasty.
3. Add cauliflower last and stir till tender or texture of choice. Use low heat to cook.
Booom! Your Cauliflower Fried Rice is ready.
